6 Custom buttons / tabs and menu's (upto 4)

Hi, i am trying too install this mod on my 1.1.11 forum but i am having a problem. I am following your instructions to manually install in on 1.1.11 but when you say to find a line non of them seem to exist.

Example:

./Sources/Admin.php

FIND: // Note the comma!! The setting with automatically appear with the first mod to be added.

^That is not there, and neither is a lot of the other ones.
Any help at all would be very appreciated.

If you look at the download page you will see that the mod is NOT for the 1.1.x series

The reason being that adding menu items for the 1.1 series involves ugly template edits which are not reliable in most cases and definitely breaks theme compatibility.

Hello,
Ive been trying to get some support on adding in an icon to the custom buttons and sub buttons for this mod, since ive installed bluedevils "Menu icons 1.0" MOD. I have tried to ask here in smf, over at tinyportal and on bluedevils support site. Bluedevil has tried his best to fix it, but has asked me to ask here instead for help, since he seems to not be able to solve this one at the moment. This is the code he asked me to give over to you. That is the code he tried to add to your code, however, nothing works so far.

i meant like can i download this custom tab and then use one of the buttons and make it the shop. It's hard to explain because whenever i change the theme for 1.1.12 and install the shop the shop button disappears from the directory where it says home, forum members etc,

All you have to do is manually edit the file which adds the tab to the theme.

This was installed back in August (see screen shot)
I want to re-arrange the menu on the forum.
Don't know what happened to the mod menu.

i do believe you answered your own question there! it is a permission thing, on mine i got it set in permissions,, admin/permissions/general permissions and under guests - Custom Button Permissions  i got it set to show to this group and they appear all the time logged in or not, but i suppose this may not work if you have your guest permissions set so guests cannot view in the 1st place.. Only a suggestion but give it a try

Waited 10 days for a reply, without luck.
Looked at the parse to un-install and re-install and realized I have so many menus and sub-menus, that would be "um, challenging"?
ɔɔɔɔɔɔuɥoɾ hasn't posted on this topic since October 22 of last year, and has only posted twice forum-wide since January 1st.
Hope that he is okay.
Is someone else able to offer support on this mod?

Here is my Code which i had included in the subs.php to use the Menu_Icons_1.0 - it would be much easier if the authors would decide to put these 2 Mods together and add an additional admin view to customize the icons for each button.

you may also wanna try this it allows you to arrange the tabs in any order u want and edit there names,  the 6 custom button one only places them in the menu..

this needs to be loaded in emulation for rc4 and is a good addition to run along side the 6 custom button mod   http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=2348
