Ok, I decided you can use them freely.

You can ignore all the paranoid copyright/permission stuff in the readme.txt if these icons are used by default in some official SMF theme.

If the SMF team wishes they be used on YaBB SE, then let it be, and untill they do the answer is no. I really want these to be used only on SMF boards.

I hope you don't mind that I took the underscores off all of them and made them gifs so they would look nicer in MSIE...

It is cool.... it all depends on how you want to show sticky topics... I always thought a different BG colour would have been good or a simple image of some sort. But I included sticky ones just in case people want to use them.
