I agree with [Unknown]... and if you want to disable it, just edit the template and remove the button.

So it is not an option that I can turn on or off!!

Course it is, remove it from messageindex.template.php and display.template.php before uploading, will take 2 mins at most.

should not it be listed in the CP with on/off !
