Thank you for your concerns. We are looking into formalizing a banner ad policy that will prevent such distracting advertisements in the future.

Adblock Plus is awesome, although I whitelist sites I want to support (like this one).

Yes, I do too. I like the ads since it helps keep me up to speed on what's new and what's being offered in the industry. And there's numerous times I need the help! I just don't read well with distractions like that.

Needless to say, I'm not much of an audience for music videos that flash a new scene every quarter second.
