That is going to be a while most likely final. I do have a testing version for Pro but still a while to go.

Correct 2.0 is only for SMF 2.0

Fixed that link for the next update.

You can still set the permissions by going to Admin -> Permissions then setting the permissions for each membergroup

Is there anyway to let members add categories to the gallery without giving them permission to manage the gallery?

Not for SMF Gallery Lite but inside SMF Gallery Pro they can their own personal gallery.

Hi could somebody please help me. I am currently using version 1.1.6 using the theme dark4. I have installed the package but i could not see the "Gallery" link. I decided that i would open it on the package parser and did all what was said. After i did it i was able to see the "gallery" link but it was out of line and not the same font colour as everything else. Please can somebody help.

To fix copy a button from your theme that has the same format. Then just change the action = to gallery and text to gallery.

I recently had my site hacked and I restored it completely with a new theme. Everything seems to be working except one thing. I can view the existing gallery fine, but when posting a new image - the title shows up but no picture. I can create new categories with no issue too.

When I looked at my files via ftp - the pictures are loading into the wrong file (root) and i double checked the link and it does properly show /gallery.

So i am stumped. I was thinking of uninstalling the gallery and reloading it from scratch but wonder what would happen to my current files and Categories - would they restore or would I loose everything.

Please help! I am not sure what file to attach for coding issues.

BTW - Using 1.1.6, Custom Theme, and Gallery 1.9

The gallery path should end in /gallery/
With the slash.

Check also your gallery url. It should be http://www.yourforum.com/gallery/

just wondering if there is a way to upload photos quicker and easier rather than one by one? ive got heaps i need to upload and am hoping there is an easier way lol

Great mod..... but.

The gallery is only visable to guests and admins, not members or moderators.

Any idea's?
