Facebook Wall mod?

I tried searching but could not find any mod about a Facebook wall type of mod. Basically something like a shoutbox but where users can also comment on a shout, share links, video etc.

I'm looking for something simpler. Just a text box (ajax) on a page where someone can do a quick post. Might be better if I post this message there.
