Hi I'm new to SMF and web developing in general.... im stuck please help....

Im running smf 1.11.12, default theme and installed ad management mod perfectly. However, it just leaves a space for the ad and nothing shows up when I put in my Goggle adsense code. BUT, it works fine with the adbrite code.

Please advise on the adsense.

I am using anime heaven theme which is from http://www.smfpersonal.net/  that powered with SMF 2.0 RC 4

I found that certain ads was not showing up , such as i want ads show up in the bottom of every page and also ads that show just after the main menu bar.  I has checked it with the default theme and it work well in default theme.

In my old forum which is powered with SMF 1.0 , i am able to put all the ads correctly and all the ads show at the top and also at the bottom of every page.

since i install simpleads and found that i has to uninstall ads management mods before i can use it, then i uninstall it. After that i was unable to access the forum again. It keep on said

OK I tried to manual install it but it tells me to look for lines that dont exist in my theme so I am lost.    I cannot find    

template_menu();

In my theme, I found something similar but everytime I add the code after that I get an error on my whole site
