Converting from IPB 3.1.2 to SMF 1.1.13

Hi SMF community, i'm here for getting some support from you guys, so here we go..  i don't know why i can't convert my 3.1.12 IPB to a SMF 1.1.13 cuz it says it when i'm gonna convert it:



Whoever who needs that convert.php that i got i left it attached. By the way i downloaded the last converter for converting to smf 1.1.13.
