When i go to save, while everything is done properly, it does not work.
I will have to do the same action several times to save.
What's wrong;
I do not know if it is relevant, but when I log in, sometimes I do the same action twice.

Sorry if my English is not completely correct.

Sounds like a bad server side cache. You should probably ask your host if they are running some cache, and if they could adjust it or disable it.

We have also seen this when there are http vs https conflicts.

In repair_settings.php, if you are running https, make sure all your settings are https.  (Or http if running http...)

The problem was fixed, it was probably created by package conflicts.
There seems to be a more general problem.
The web master suggested me let him do it a clean new installation smf, and to put the packages one by one, to see if they conflict and then to enter the content of the forum.
Thanks.

Sounds unlikely, but still good if your problem is gone.

We saw what you suggested, they had no problem.
we also changed the pip but nothing.
We dealt with the packages and the conflict they have and when we came back to see what to do with the storage issue, it was resolved.
