Since you are using SMF 1.1.x, you are not allowed to remove or change the Simple Machines copyright.

If you upgrade to SMF 2.0.x , you can legally remove the Simple Machines copyright line, but doing that means that you have decided that you don't need the support of the community and as such will not receive support here.

Incidentally, if you are indeed running 1.1.x -- be aware that 1.1.x is at end of life. It has not received any official update in years now, including several security related updated which were patched in 2.0.x.

Actually, the Copyright line posted is already modified and in breach of the 1.1 license. If the OP wants any further support, this should be fixed.

Is there any way to change only year?

You are not allowed to change the copyright notice of SMF 1.x
This includes the year.

No one is allowed to change the copyright year of the SMF copyright in ANY version.
You can add your own site copyright if you choose to.

True, I did not mean to imply otherwise - Simply answered from the point of view that this was literally the last post before that question
