Will there be a stable release for rc2 anytime soon as a package?

Cos I would really love to have this feature - its the bomb!

I did the 'change rc1 to rc2' thing in my test forum and it works a treat

This is a great feature, one that I use on vbulletin and miss on smf.  Great for entertainment discussions for movies, books etc

The only thing I would like is a button to click on the post template as I can see lots of members asking how to do it despite my best efforts to post explanations (people never read them) lol

But yeah I love it, its great and working well

Yeah, we at hxxp:www.cybertuna.net [nonactive] are using SMF ver 1.0.6 - is there some reason we cannot use it as well?  (The main administrator mentioned some issues trying to get it set up.)  I have a few users (and one or two moderators) who are dying to get this sort of functionality on the boards...

no tutorial, I just followed the advice in the following post.

The file if it is corrupt, try to make the .zip file as a.tar.gz and try again. That usually works for me.

Also try the 1.1 RC1 to 1.1RC2 thing in the ".xml" files of the package.

But BE SURE that the old spoiler tag has been removed completely.

I tryed to install the Spoiler-0.2.3.tar.gz but it said:

The package you are trying to download or install is either corrupt or not compatible with this version of SMF.

I've already tryed to rename it to a .zip file but it didn't work.

I got this mod working finally.  Just changed the 1.1RC1 to 1.1RC2 and it installed perfectly for me.  I even have no problems choosing which style (button/hovering/link) in my admin panel.

Beautiful mod.  Thank you.

Just a question...  I'd like to add a BBC button for this (so my members don't have to keep typing "[spoiler]")  ie: etc.

Is that possible?  I even found a nice spoiler button.

I have local permissions on some boards to keep the "lower" membergroup from posting in them
Its gonna be a long afternoon redoing this

hehe, hope you fix it the mod uses allowedTo() to check if the member (membergroup) is allowed to post OR show spoiler (not XOR), if this is somewhat confusing, please tell me so

I have it now, I just use local permissions on some boards so changing the members permissions does nothing to effect access, I have to do each one

i have the same problem, i don´t know how to fix it. User don´t see spoilers mod . I´m spanish so my english is very bad.
