Need help finding where to put links at top of forum

So I want to add some links to my main site along the very top of the page on my forum above the top logo picture.
What file do I do this in?
And also it would be nice to know about what line I put it in.

Look in /Themes/{theme}/index.templatate.php

It's up to you exactly where you want the links, but you could try just above, or below...
