This is a theme for those who hit your site mobile a lot. It has more features than the SMF mobile options, but it's stripped down from the regular themes. I'm only going to be editing the MAIN pages members would use (no admin/profile pages). If you're mobile some time try to hit this test site and let me know what you think...

Hmm, I'll have to check that. DL will be available once approved through SMF. I'll keep you posted.

It's good, but I'd advise stacking the inputs for the login form vertically. This will prevent a scroll bar being forced when viewing as a guest. All you need to do is add a <br /> between inputs.

Good tip, will do. Metal, I removed the attachments with the feeling that if you're mobile it would be hard to view them. But, I will look at putting them back.

Theme is live in DLs.

In real world trials, I've found it might be nice to have the menu BELOW the boards, but when I tried that, it threw several errors. All I did was move the menu bit in index.template.php from above the <div id="bodyarea"> to below it's closing </div> tag. It placed it nicely at the bottom, but seemed to give errors. In doing so, I also linked the forum name to the index page, giving a quick way to get "home" from up top.
