"Image Site" might be good

Currently within the "Customize" area, there is a "Mod Site" and "Theme Site", it might be good to add an "Image Site". And, as the theme site can be filtered by theme style, it would be nice if the Image Site could be filtered by:

Theme Site
- Avatars
- Buttons
- Bars

I've never really understood why avatars are listed in mods. I guess because they install through the package manager(?). But it really kind of clutters up the mod db. It would be nice if there was a separate Avatar area. However, I think it would also be good to include a buttons area and a bars area. The reason for this is for all these themes which people are coming out with that are basically default just with new buttons or bars. If people could just submit a set of bottons, weather just on/off/redirect, or full sets (including within posts); and if people could separately submit sets of catbg, catbg2... bars, I think it would help to reduce the number of themes produced somewhat... which has been a separate issue brought up in a few threads.

The only thing with buttons and bars is they would need to be installed manually. Which is OK with me, and most of us, but I'm guessing the SMF team would prefer they use the package manager. Maybe they could be submitted similar to a theme with the only difference being the index.template.php and style sheets aren't used, just an images file?
