I have uninstall the mod, but still i can see Gallery Configuration tab in Administration area and some gallery options in permission area, any idea how to solve this ?

do i need to remove manually?

I installed and uninstall again but no positive result.

I am using smf 1.1.11

You would manually need to remove it from Subs.php and ManagePermissions.php you can check out the manual install instructions from the mod site.

Its certainly a theme issue as changing back to classic SMF theme results in the gallery link showing. How can I get this link it the custom theme?

After install they are found in your smf forum install area on your board then just check your sources folder and
