The donation is a separate thing from requesting install help. First, you make the donation. Once the donation has cleared you will get access to the special charter member areas. You can make an install request in the helpdesk area. At that point, you will need to provide information for your hosting.

Probably not. But I don't handle the helpdesk area much so I cant really say. But I'm sure that the team member who will help you out in the install, will be able to figure it out.

WOW that was a lot of reading
a lot of questions and a lot of answers which I was looking for

Just in the process of getting settled and moving my forum to a new host and the there will be a New Charter Member from Texas.
Hope ya'll are ready for us. Gonna need a LOT of Help
We are just a couple old ladies that run a board for Senior Citizens to Play in
and we don't know the first thing on How to
Talk The Talk or Walk the Walk
BUT we are going to Learn

Having said that I have ONE Question
If you noticed I keep saying WE
I have offered Co-Owner Status to one of my Admin
as here will be times that I am not going to be able to do much due to health related issues and SHE will have to take over for me

WE are not to much interested in testing out the New
Mostly going to need Help when we run into snags
and certainly Help for upgrades

In order for us BOTH to have access to Charter Member Help will we both need to sign up separately
Is there a provision to accommodate this type of situation

WE will both be from the Same Site just two separate people seeking help.

Give us a few days and
Either way Texas and Canada are on our way
to Charter Member Services
