You can install it very easy from the Package Manager area in the Acp of your forum

i try that but it never works... so i am gonna have to install it manaul

evertime i tryed to upload trought package manger i get this

You probably have incorrect path. Run repair_settings.php.

What is repair_settings.php?

you are trying to use a full path instead of a relative path in the local path to SMF, and thus, it fails.

try just /htdocs
