no reason for doing that, i can see the missing greek text by changing the server's language into english (i have set the permissions i wanted that way). i am just looking for a permanent solution, that's all.

Sorry Minas you misunderstand - this is a permanent solution but I'm suggesting that you take the English template as it is - overwrite your Greek template - switch the language in SMG and ensure that all is displaying correctly - this will rule out any potential for your current greek template being corrupt/broken.

Once you're happy that all is working following the change to greek, then start translating the new Greek version based on your new greek template.

Does that make sense?

Dragooon do you understand the steps that I suggested? Does it make sense? I'm suggesting that the method I proposed would at least prove that the Greek translation that Minas has created is being read.

Actually your steps doesn't make sense. Since his greek language is fine.

And does your theme has Modifications.greek-utf8.php? If so add the strings to it, if no tripple check that there's a Modifications.greek-utf8.php with the strings.

As a note:

As per the request of dragooon and Nao, I have sanitized this topic of the argument and things not related to the mod, though I have left some of the general comments that were not related to the argument.
