Just foundout the hardway NOT to wake-up the wife when I get a message that looks like it has all the annsers we need.(Oh Boy ).

I also did that a couple of days ago, when someone gave me a link to an website that has a potential Mod file player for SMG... The player's volume was so high... It was 2 in the morning... Yeah... Can anyone explain why can't I see a picture in gallery even if I didn't enter any passwords before?

The CHMOD for the folders "mgal_data" and all the folders included in that are set to 777.
Since i have to install my mods manualy (somehow the package manager won´t work on my vServer) i had to guess how to set the CHMODs, because there was no instruction on permissions.

first, this is the wife I didn't hurt him toooo badly. And playing a media player too loud at 2 am wouldn't bother me a bit, I'm at work at that time.
second, could we get on our knees and beg you or one of the devs to take mercy on us and check our site for us? I can set up whomever as an admin. But of course, I'm not going to do that for just anyone. They gotta be part of the dev team. the site is located at http://hraworld.com/ezportal. You can register up there and then if I'll "upgrade" you to admin.
While I was asleep, Flip reinstalled SMG and then realized there were 2 gallery buttons in the menu, so he uninstalled. there was still a gallery button, so he clicked it and the gallery was there. Odd at best. He said he hasn't figured out how to get around in the gallery yet, but he's "playing" with it.
Off I go to my "real" job (the one that actually pays me). Have a wonderful night.
Still like the mod, btw.

Huh? You password protected the albums probably.

I'm scared to give you a password. Do you know where I need to go to fix it?

What I mean is...while adding the album you must have set a password. And that made it password protected....

Member says that he didn't enter any, but how can I disable password.

Go to Admin > Albums > (The album) > Edit and empty the field with the name "Password" in it and save it.

Thanks, it seems you're running 1.0.2. I recommend upgrading to 1.5 as it has many new features.

@Ads issue - I'd ask the mod author about it.

Well you can add a small "if" clause such as

@Nao> Well, I just uploaded and installed the final version 1.5 new. The result is the same. The admin center is missing. Eventhough the same result, when I installed 1.5 RC1 back: the admin center was  there.  I'm installing both versions in one and the same forum using one and the same package manager. So if the codes of 1.5 final and 1.5 RC1 aren't different, what else could cause that the admin area loads with one version, but not with the other?

Anyway,  the gallery is a great mod and I would be happy with 1.5 RC1. If your time allows would you just give me a hint, how I can fix the undefined height and width error to get wmv videos running in IE?

Yeah, no problem... I'd rather you send me via PM a ready-to-use account, though. (Just go to the Admin area > Members > there's a section to create a new account. Enter a dummy e-mail, don't e-mail the account owner, and send me user/pass by PM here.)

What's wrong with the gallery on your website? It seems to be running perfectly fine...
As for the double-gallery-button, it's probably because you installed it twice... (One time manually I suppose, and one time through the package manager?)
You're very lucky that it didn't break anything. But it does seem to be behaving correctly here.

we didn't install it twice, that's the weird thing. don't know what's wrong with it.
We also have SMF Articles for a couple of the guys who are going to write them for the site. Since I didn't see it, is there a way to hide an album? This way, the article writers can put pictures for their articles in a hidden album and link them to the article.
Flip said there are some errors in the error log that refer to SMG, undefined something or another. He said he had no clue what to do about them.
Do you and/or Dragooon need FTP accounts?? If so, I can set them up later. I just got home and have a class this afternoon, so I'm going to take a quick nap.
And, yes, I work the midnight shift. 2300-0700. LOVE it!!! I'm weird like that
