I'm seeing  on the top left corner and my logo moves a bit to the right only in login3 and logout3. I've attached a screen shot demonstrating the problem.

I tried to find these symbols in the templates.php but none was found. Can you take a look? (attached)

Open the files in an editor that allows you to force ISO 8859-1 encoding. I couldn't see them until I did that.

Now, it appears less symbols: only "" instead of "" (but the page is mess up as always )

The symbols are gone for good!

But the problem is that the template continues messed up. The header-bg and the footer-bg aren't bigger enough. Is there a way to fixe this problem since in the forum I don't have it [and in other mods the problem is the same, maybe is a theme problem?]

EDITED: I've made the header and footer a little bigger and it's works ok now

OK, I'm no expert, but all I did was set Kate to ISO-8859-1, opened the file and there they were. Edited the file and saved it.

I converted the files I downloaded from the mod site.

Just went to notepad++ » Format » ANSI » SAVE

You should put the ANSI converted files in the mod site to prevent this happening again with someone else

Here are the files (already converted - ready to go )

PS: These are the files I use in my website and, just to let you know in case you want to put the original config, I have put the {username} with <font color="red"> and the {table} with class="bordercolor". I think it makes the template more attractive
