Just upgraded to SMF 2.0.2 and installed ezportal. All my settings from the previous installation are still there, so all my blocks and visible settings appear to be what they should be. However, I can't see any of my ezblocks. I switched back to the curve theme, assuming it was a custom theme issue, but the ezblocks aren't showing there.
What am I missing?

Do you have the columns enabled. If so they should say enabled and in green under ezblock manager.

Also try adding  a new block and make it visible to all and see if that works.

I have the left, center and right columns enabled. Tried adding a block to the left column and making it visible on all actions and boards. It isn't showing up in the curve theme, or my custom theme.

No, installed with no problems at all.

Any ideas? What modifications should I make have been added? I don't have an issue with manually editing the code to get it to work, I just need to know what I need to focus on.

I went through and verified that all code modifications shown in the package parser have been made (I didn't check for those listed as not vital to the mod).

This has actually happened now on two separate installations.

I had it in maintenance mode, so it wasn't displaying. Had no idea that it would be turned off in maintenance mode. Turned out to be a good thing, because I had blocks that were causing the page to not load.

Hi VB

I have not done an update since 5.1 and thought I better do it.
the install showed no errors so I did it, But then everything was dubbled up
I then followed the parser 4 times checking I didn't have everything edited in the php files 2 or 3 times.
and after doing that I saved the php files "but" still the forum shows 2 of everything.

I then uninstalled EzP and re-installed it, but now everything is showing 3 times LOL what do I need to do to correct this

Here is an image of the bottom of my forum to show you, the rest of the forum blocks are turned off so members can still use the forum


Any heads up as what I should do ?

I would check the main index.php file there should be a function called setupportal make sure it is only listed once.

first let me say that i love this mod but i have a small problem and im wondering if anyone can help me out. i have my forum set to where post to certain boards need to be approved before they show on the forum. but when people post topics that i haven't approved they still show in the recent topics ez block. is there any way i can stop topics that haven't been approved from showing?
