large database restore question!!!

Hai guys
before upgrading to smf2beta4, i want to check,
I created new folder name test
then i installed a new smfbeta3.1 version
now i want to upload my database (7 MB)
Through phpmyadmin, i cant upload.
searaching this forum i found lots of methods to upload it,
but i want to know which one is more easy and accourate way
please

I have used BigDump to restore databases:
It works fine with larger since it will pause.
