problem with avtar!

Hello!
I have 1.1.7 version of SMF and I am currently using SMF undergroud theme. Earlier all members avtars (profile image) were visbile but all of a sudden the ones who had uploaded from thier PC dissappeared. And now the ones who used link from photobucket to are not visible. i cant figure out what is the problem. Can any one please help me out.

Also are you sure that you or another admin, haven't disabled avatars?
