My Forum Version is SMF 2 RC1 but my SMF Version is SMF 2 Beta 4.

Need help.

It is showing the proper version for me. Be sure you do a hard refresh after upgrading. (hold ctrl + F5)

Yea, I did what you said but it still shows this in Admin CP:

That message is actually saying the latest SMF version is SMF2.0 Beta4.

Go to Admin -> Maintenance -> Scheduled Tasks -> Fetch Simple Machines Files [check] -> Run Now

What do you mean? You can check to see if your files are running the latest at
Admin > Forum Maintenance -> Routines > Check all files against current versions
