How to Make Download Mod Like Here

I want to make a download mod like this one here... actually I want only one addition ... "Install Manually" How can I make something like this ... In the download file to show you a box where it says "Install Manually" like here (see the attachment)

And I installed "Downloads System 1.1.5.1"

Please someone tell me how to make something like this

Im making Support Forum like this only in Bulgarian, so Im trying to make SMF popular in my country pls help and I will put links to this forum but we want to translate the tutorials and files
