[Theme] OI Orange

This is my first theme for SMF.  This theme has been tested with SMF 1.0.3 and 1.0.4 but should work with SMF 1.0 - 1.0.4.  Please report any errors or questions/comments you have here.  Enjoy .

Features:

• Pictures don't appear in quotes (saves bandwidth, faster loading time).
• New and improved quote design.
• Divides topics into either "Important Topics" or "Normal Topics" in the message index of every board.

There seems to be some buttons and images missing on your live demo. Either that or your theme displays differently on IE than other browsers.

Actually it works fine as it is. Sort of default theme with a set "mood".

Hmm, yellow would be too dim/bright.  I will make red and green ones though .

Well, obviously dont use pure yellow, but use a darker shade, like the colour in your badge.

that's basically the color that oi orange uses.
