(F.L.A.M.E.R.), I don't have Snow Leopard (discussion), but I did just try it at http://just-ping.com/ and I did get the IP address you asked me about.

:)

And putting that IP into a browser, I get this:

If you are the web site owner, it is possible you have reached this page because:

    * The IP address has changed.
    * There has been a server misconfiguration.
    * The site may have been moved to a different server.

If you are the owner of this website and were not expecting to see this page, please contact your hosting provider.

(... as well as instructions for clearing DNS cache.)
My apologies, but I am taking a break from accepting PM requests for support.  If I am not currently assisting you, please do not ask as long as this notice is posted.  Thank you.

My overview on this situation is something is wrong with the Server's PHP Configurations. I can read the .txt and .html files on the server but none of the php files. Unless you talk to your host or have control over the server yourself, I don't think this will be resolved.

Even images are shown, it is just PHP that I have seen is not being shown up.

That is the server IP for all the websites running in shared environment. It normally shows that or it will go to the web hosting website.

While you're in there, do the contents of that index.php file in the domain's root look normal to you?  (Perhaps I dreamed it.)   :-\

It is not SMF in the root folder, while it is smf within the smf directory.

index.php within SMF is normal.

Ah.   Since his entire domain wouldn't come up, I thought perhaps that was the culprit.

Alright, I have decided to troubleshoot this no matter what happens :P

I'll transfer your website to another server if that is fine with you x.Silencer.x and test out things there. If PHP configurations are wrong, then we will know about it straight away.

Please let me know if you are fine with it. I'll update you once I test it out, but I will only proceed with it if you provide me the permission to do so.

Kindred

guys....   did you notice his .htaccess file?   He is denying access to anything except localhost.

DELETE the .htaccess file.
Start with NO .htaccess and see if the site works then.

If there is a problem with the server after getting rid of the .htaccess file, then x.Silencer.x should contatc his HOST to confirm the php installation and settings.

are you  test or not ?

when test told me pls

I've tested your site (including doing minor things in cPanel) and I think it's rather certain that something has gone afoul with your php configuration and you should definitely contact your host. PHP files not included within SMF won't even load. Files like images, text, and such are running properly. See my beer image as an example or the files uploaded by FLAMER.

@Kindred
These are all the things I tried:
- Changed the file/folder permissions to 755 just for testing purposes.
- Cleared and also removed .htaccess
- Kept on checking the error log and it gives nothing useful.
- Added a few fresh stand alone PHP files but it shows the same 500 Internal Server error.
- Changed the directory name just incase but nothing changes!

I am going to try and override the php.ini configurations if possible, but after testing onto my server.

There is one slight possibility, the highest permissions for PHP files maybe lower than 755. So I'll give a shot with various permissions and see if anything changes.

Thank you very much
I see a lot to help me
You really are great
