personal messages "to" and "bcc" names lists

Not a bug, but something that I think could be changed.

Adding names to the "to" field they are put just below the box. Fine.
The thing I don't like so much is that the list grows vertically, so if many names are there, the result is:

To: |_______________|
name 1
name 2
name 3
name 4
name 5
name 6
name 7
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
name 20
subject: |_______________|

So a lot of vertical space is occupied by a single column of names.

I would suggest something like:
