the simplest solution is most likely the right one

Pack updated with the languages "russian and polish" incorporated.
It also left the language pack alone want to raise the individual languages.

Thank you very much to "Bugo and phantomm" by the translations.

I used the custom board icons MOD, but this is so much more convenient instead of having a separate images folder for each theme and having to upload images per theme.

A quick question, I noticed you didn't have the option to upload a on2.png  for new posts in a boards sub-board.  How does it work if a Boards sub-board has a new post.  Will it still show the parent boards 'new post' custom icon, or will it show the sub-boards 'new post' custom icon on the board index page, or the regular default board icon.

Doing some testing, and if no new posts are in the parent board, but there are new posts in the sub-boatd, the icon will show the parent boards 'no new post' off.png icon.

And, what permissions would allow other members to upload images, Manage Boards?

Edit, I see this in the Sources file

isAllowedTo('admin_forum');

If changed to
isAllowedTo('manage_boards');

would that allow groups with the permission to Manage Boards add customicons as well?

Thanx for your time and sorry to be asking so much.

kingkingston

so this is the same as the custom board icons mod ?

hcfwesker

Yes, but instead of making a folder for each theme, this one only needs the folder from the default forum.   Then new board icons, just upload from the admin panel.  It only affects other themes you make the same install edits to.

PLUS, if you used the cbi MOD before, all you have to do is rename the folder icons to AdkPif  , and move the folder to Themsedefault/images , and all your original custom board icons will port over.

TITAN-UZ

How to install theme RoyalFlush!

hcfwesker

Make Manual Edits to the BoardIndex.template.php of that theme.

This is fantastic, I'm going to have a play. I really miss the functionality of this fro the old 1.xxx [nofollow].

My small brain might beg for help to get it to work for custom theme..

hcfwesker

As long as you make the edits for custom theme's BoardIndex.template.php file , the images upload for one theme, and change it for all themes.  Very simple.

amp-modelparts

Thanks for that.

Just installed, and I get:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '&', expecting T_VARIABLE or '$' in /home/content/r/o/k/rokket2001/html/models/Sources/AdkPif.php on line 68

not sure what I have to change in L68.

hcfwesker

thats strange, since it should be a fresh file.  Try unzipping the package andjust install that file in sources folder

amp-modelparts

cool, will give it try...appreciate it!

amp-modelparts

no dice, and line 68 is actually blank!
