Update language files For SMF 2.1beta 2 - Dutch

I have installed a 2.1 test forum in order to validate the correct use of Tinyportal on SMF2.1. Works ok...

Since I run a Dutch forum I installed the Dutch language pack I got from the downloads area. I found that the index.dutch.php file had syntax errors, and still many dutch translations were missing.

I spent a few hours working through the most important files and translating the missing sections to Dutch. These may be incorporated into teh next Dutch language pack for version 2.1.
I attached all files in a ZIP archive.

Hope you guys can use them...

you would need to apply to the translation group so they can accept the translation and it is put into our tool.
