session/cookie problems after upgrade to 2.0.17
« on: January 02, 2020, 02:53:32 AM »
After installing 2.0.17 our users and me are getting kicked out of the forum after a few minutes and they need to login again.
Is this a known problem ?
if not how can we solve this ?

I have the same issue it's fine when I go back to 2.0.15 I just remove the cookies saved in my browser and it works fine again.

I was getting a few errors like a blank page saying clear your cookie or check setting and i could see the privacy policy in the address bar so i just disabled the GDPR in core features also as i could only log in as admin and not as a normal member. I also was getting session timeout errors which clearing the cookies did sort i still get them from time to time but clearing the cookies sorts it.
