SMF 2.1.3
TP    2.2.2
MySQL  7.4.33
PHP        7.4.33

Mods:
6 custom buttons/tabs with sub menus (4) v .5
SMF gallery lite v 7.1
SMF store  v 5.0 beta
Ultimate menu v 2.0.2
Auto attachment rotation (and resize)  v 6.16

Background:  I was forced to migrate to a new sever (from graywebhost to Namecheap) due to Liroy discontinuing his services.  I was running SMF 2.0.17 (I think) prior to the migration, which was done by Namecheap.
After the Migration, I installed SMF 2.1.2, and TP and the other mods.  Everything in the forum functioned properly at the time except that no avatar, attachment or gallery images appear which were migrated from the old host.
I checked the avatar and attachment folders.  The images are there.
I checked the database.  The file names are there.

The one difference I noticed is that all the database folder names start with backup_(then the SMF folder title)

The Gallery issue:
I can can view the gallery but again, not images.  When I bring up the gallery, there's a message (in red) which reads:

Warning Gallery path is not writable! /home/classig8/public_html/forum/gallery/

I went into cPanel to change the permissions to 755 but the "gallery" folder does not exist in that path!
How is it possible to see the gallery then but no images?  I don't know where to look for the "gallery/" folder.

Help is greatly appreciated and I'll give any additional info if needed.
