Save Drafts

Hello
Unfortunately, what has not been corrected in the new SMF version is the automatic saving of drafts.
If you are logged in as a user, the automatic save does not work. If you are logged in as admin it works.

Doesn't seem to be working here, or on test install for admin or regular members.  Drafts enabled for 30 sec., permissions checked.
