I have two ads below the menu and need to know how to set up the table to fit on most screens. I set it to 100%, but when I go to a 1024x768 monitor it sticks out to the left a little. How can I get this to shrink like the other forum tables?

Also, now all my categories and topics text are centered and not where they were originally. what happened. I changed only what was needed to be changed for my template.

Screen shot below...screenshot was when I centered the table. I would like to get them to be on each far side of the page instead.

Chalk up another Default core vers. 1.1.8 that uploaded fine with no errors, installed all ok. Nothing works on this. I have nothing in Admin/ config that says ad management. No tabs, nothing.

Got it done, went to smfads site and read that you need to change from english UTF-8 to English. Up and running very well, great mod thanks!

Thanks for that info! Now it is working for me 2 Well at least the writing is there now. I will try with some ads and see how that goes..

I have updated my forum to 2.0 RC1, and when using the mod the following line is displayed:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /var/www/smf/Sources/Load.php(1944) : eval()'d code(415) : eval()'d code on line 1

Hi,

I just installed simple machine and want to use this mod with adsense.  I don't see any instructions with the mod itself.  I try to download it and it says not compatible with 1.1.7 or what i have 1.1.8 the current version yet it states it is compatible. 

can someone please tell me how to install it?

my ads are only appearing for the Firefox browser...

Any TIPS on how to solve this? I tested on Opera and Internet explorer and i cant see any ads

I have installed SMF 1.1.8 & today I installed Ad Management tool. But after installation the link of this tool is NOT appearing under "Administratin / Configuration/ ? "  saction...

any help ..... ?

Did you check language files? there is probably some missing string....

at the time of installation , system showed some file which was automatically skipped by system. Other file tests were successfull. Skipped files were language files.

I continued installation process. Installed uccessfully.

I can see mod installed succeessfuly under "Package" heading. But Not sseeing under configuration head.

I don't see any ads. Like someone mentioned above go to Admin/Configuration/server settings and change it to English, don't forget to click save.

Check in Ad Mgmnt Admin settings and make sure you click enable ads and also check the permissions for guests and regular members, check off the boxes to allow them to view the ads.

I didn't get much help at all. I can tell you the best thing to do is to go to the mod site and get the manual install instructios. Follow those and you might get it working. I had mine showing in triplicate and when I went in and did the manual part of it I found it listed three times in a few php files. Took them out and it's working now.
