I'm not sure.  Once Lycos and Fantastico picked us up I sorta lost interest.

The easier, the better.

There are a lot of hosts, a lot without cPanel and Fantastico, and if their users had a way to install a forum software that didnt require them to do very much, their likely to choose what their host supports and that would be SMF. If SMF was as easy to install as signing up for a remote host im sure it would get a lot more users.

Also telling and giving it to as many hosts as you could, isnt a bad idea.

SMF could end up having a reputation for being a Web Hosts best friend.

:P I am a host myself :P

I have Fantatisco+cPanel on my servers. I just wanna setup SMF hosting, that's why I want an autoinstall script.
