Ive placed this in 2 TP installs.. nothing really out of the ordinary save a regular install if I recall.

Hey, can someone help me install this on my custom theme? Now I've never installed a mod onto a custom theme before.... I've looked at the Parser thing (My version is 2.0 RC1). It says to modify the files, but I can't find the files in the mod.... for example the first part of the parser tells me to modify the /index.php file. But after unzipping the mod and looking through all the files, I can't find the /index.php file.... Any help? (Btw I viewed the files using Windows explorer and Notepad).

You dont modify the mods files.. you modify the files on your site.

I just installed the shout, I found 2 problems happened in my test environment SMF 1.1.9

1. I'm not hear incoming msg (always no sound) -_-'

2. I can't pick any extened smiley emo to shout input text box

Last night I changed my SMF to 1.1.10 and tried to install package (Shoutbox_2[1].0.zip), then error has ocurred

"The package you are trying to download or install is either corrupt or not compatible with this version of SMF. "

I will try manual installation

OK..I'm having an Internet Explorer problem.  I can see what is typed in the shoutbox, but I can't post anything there.  I tried the compatibility mode button, that didn't help.  Any suggestions?

Just and update to this.  It is working in popup.  That's odd.

Hi, I installed the mod and it is there on the default theme but it won't let me shout. There are the options for everything else but no place to enter the shout.

I also want the shoutbox installed on my classic Yabb theme. If anyone can edit my index.template.php, that would be great.
