Hye guys. Need help. When I tried to install this mod, an error comes out:

"The package you are trying to download or install is either corrupt or not compatible with this version of SMF."

I thought the file is not properly completed but downloaded after several times (both SIS204 and SIS302), the result also the same. I'm using SMF2.0 RC2 by the way. Thanks in advance.

At the moment the mod only works on the 1.1.x versions of smf ... a 2.0 version is coming next

Within 24 hrs i will release 3.0.3 which will fix some issues.
Mostly some $txt changes, but i also made a fix/workaround for the 'image_thumb=yes with small images' bug (by checking the wxh).

Could you also put in it a way for us to choose what codes we want to show, cause for me only the bbc code image i need 8)

A perhaps a way to automatically insert it into the post after upload ... :)

Hi Rik© !

In 3.0.3, can you please add a check box for choosing weather to chmod or no, in order to be able to install without providing the FTP login/password on hosts that usually install without the chmod bug.

Thanks !
Vroum.

Rik©

I'm already testing 3.0.3  ;D
This release fixes 2 bugs AND gives you the 'option to choose which of the links to display after the image has been uploaded' as requested.

Hi Rik© !

Thanks for the release, but, there's a problem in 3.0.2 why is it asking for FTP login/password for the installation...3.0.1 didn't ask for that & installs fine...any idea ?

From time to time mods will ask for ftp login ... it's more a case with your browser

Who will have the option to choose ? regular members, i was hoping it will have a global setting adjustable by admin only

The admin (and anyone else who has access to the ACP).

I wasn't convinced because I used the same browser on the exact same system & same test forum...it asked me for FTP login/pass in 3.0.2 but never in 3.0.1 That's why I thought it was a bug.
(I did try this on Ubuntu Hardy with both FF3.0 & Opera 9.8 with exact same results + it's the first mod to ask me for FTP info)

Thanks !;)
Vroum.

Rik©

SIS v3.0.3 has 4 new $txt.

Thanks.
I've converted the utf-8 to html entities for 'normal' greek.

Most people who got errors solved it by setting (chmod) the SIS folder permissions (and the files/folders inside it) to 755.
