Hmm... No. No because there are only two people posting in your forum and that's not really ok, you need external visitors and more people. Invite your friends to get started :D I mean friends that you know in real life ;)

It's so powerful that on this post and even in the two PMs you sent me,you still answered my question very quickly and you're apologizing for the delay. You're the #1 support I've probably ever encountered man, so much respect for that. Thank you, and get better soon.

I'll keep this in my siggy for a while just to remind me that someone appreciated what I did while others didn't.

I *think* so, since my forum has just a little bit more posts than yours but more than 40 members already. it might be because of that? According to me, yes. If you get more members and no crawlers in some weeks then you should worry about it, methinks.

Go to this site here: http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/  Enter your site name and generate a map. Download it uncompressed and place a copy in your sites index folder. Browse to yoursite/sitemap.xml to see it work.

That can be submitted to the search engines. Depending how long you set the option for updates will tell crawlers how often to look. If you update posts daily then make it regular.

Alright thanks alot...i have done it

I have a quick question here....please how do i make my sitemap to use like this when searched on Google?

Night09

You need to go to your google control panel settings then click Sitelinks and promote the URLs you want in that format. Google will only show them though if they are classed as valuable information and the crawlers can access them. If you need to register to see the content it wont work.

You Demote to remove links but it depends on google how fast they dissapear.

i dont see a anywhere can allows me to promote the link i want i just see the demote button der nothing like add there

Its not as simple as just adding them yet, its not been implemented although to get some to show have links on your homepage with anchor text in them. If you link into your site from outside too from a ranked site it will help (Use like facebook rank 9 to make some links in for example). Once google sees the sub content if theres enough and its linked into ect it should show as a sitelink.

I forgot when I posted about this issue but hopefully google add it so links can be subbed soon.

That listing style depends on google. One of my sites which is right at the top for its keywords displays on google like that and I've done nothing relating to it in webmaster tools or on my pages HTML either.

I wouldn't worry about registering, making sitemaps and so on either. Just focus on making your site good for your users with good content and crawlers and rankings come second. My forum isn't even open yet and I get visits from google and other spiders daily. I didn't even post a link to it anywhere. (Of course, having links in different places is good for both users getting to know your site and for spiders counting the references, the point is: crawlers will just keep doing their job even without you doing anything to help them find/index your site, they are already made to be good at that, help isn't necessarily needed)

As long as you allow guest access, even with the registration disabled then yes. SEO helps though, that's why I will install it on my forum... Later (too many fails, too busy to fix all of them)

Ninja...  What do you mean by seo?   Seo just means search engine optimization, which encompasses everything that you can possibly do to improve the ranking of your site.

If you are talking about the so-called seo friendly urls, then you are wrong. They serve little to no purpose as far as search engines are concerned. If you are implementing them because you think they are more human readable, then that is one thing (even if I thnk they are, ultimately, pointless, even for that use) but the search engines don't care.

If you are talking about something else that is PART of seo, then you need to specify what specific seo action you are discussing.

I worked for G for a bit and they have a 180 pg guideline for how they hand verify sites.

The #1 thing you can do for SEO is to make your site USEFUL, TRUSTED and easily NAVIGATABLE by your viewers.

You mean, everything I said in the stickied topic in this board? ;D
