Thx @GL700Wing . Gonna wait for updated release from the developer. He's still very active here. At the moment I can do without the "Topic description" mod. Once this mod is fixed, I'll install it again.

Fair enough but it's actually an issue with the 'Custom Forms' mod ...

This error will affect everything that creates a topic, and really is from this mod. Thanks for reporting it.

I guess you could update the createPost function in ./Sources/Subs-Post.php to set a default value for $msgOptions['description'] if no value has been set ...

I have installed latest package attached here two weeks ago and it seems to work without problems.
Do you find the same?

If you're posting at me, the mod works 99% of the time ... I can't even give the steps that I used to create the above. It happens so randomly and not very often.

Had to uninstall this. The error I posted above has begun happening too frequently now.
