I just checked out the new release (upgrading from 1.0.5) and WOW! Nicely Done!

I just upgraded mine, added the Joomla Integration, No issues whatso ever....now onto the CSS integration!

So, is there any big bugs in RC2? How long will it take you to fix it and when will final release be available ?

I'm also wondering if the other languages are going to be updated to RC2 or if it is OK to use the RC! versions?  The English, Dutch, German, finnish, & spanish files have been done since just about RC2 release date?

Any reason other than workload?

1.  You are not supposed to edit the default theme you need to make a copy of it and edit that one.

2.  It's there but the image is missing.  You will need to copy /images/icons/modify_inline.gif to the Classic theme folder.

Thanks for your answer. Haha, I just converted my forum from classic theme to the new default theme to gain that functionality. No biggie, I like the new theme

Hi I uploaded all the files in the update file (updating from 1.05) and now it says

The upgrader found some old or outdated files.

Please make certain you uploaded the new versions of all the files included in the package.

Could this be because I have Turkish language files RC1?

But now since there are no Turkish RC2 files available, I cannot even upgrade the forum in English? What should I do?

Make sure that you overwrite index.php also.

RC1 files wont work. Set your default language to english and try again.

If I upgrade from RC1 to RC2, will it connect to the database LESS than RC1? Right now, I can't use RC1 and can't downgrade. I need to make sure that this upgrade will ensure that the database connections are down to a decent number. 100+ connections are too much.

Yeah this new Default SMF theme is way nice and it fits my color scheme for 3 sites perfectly...............
