You need to have quick moderation enabled from your profile to use it. You just double click in the box surrounding the subject of the post you wish to edit. Just don't click the subject itself.

I can't seem to get this to work. Quick moderation is enabled. I am in a board with list of topics... I double click the box surrounding the topic title but nothing happens!

I don't know Y ??????????

BartLee

I have a problem with the graphics loading on pages here. It seems that a couple random graphics are not loaded each time. The failed graphics are different each time I reload the page and appear to be random, sometimes a missing reply button or avatar or status icon, etc...

Is anyone else having this issue?

Is it just me, RC2 or just this site?

Could I also ask everyone who may experience any problems with this update to post about it in the support boards, and not in this topic. This will ensure we do not miss any support requests!

Owdy, this doesn't help! Most of them don't read the first post or the whole page. Another possibility: ** edited **

BartLee

Owdy, if you are referring to my post I must apologize. I do not have an issue with RC2 though to post in the support board as I do not use it yet. I only mentioned it here as this is the topic that I noticed the issue in. If I do install RC2 and have an issue such as this I will most definitely post it in the support boards!

Thanks

Owdy

No i am refering all support request in this topic. They drown in this topic. Please use support area :)

It definately Kicks phpBB's perverbial butt too!

I don't know if it was covered here (yes I'm guilty for not reading all the pages) but I was having a hard time getting my old themes to work with the lastest version (even after following all the code change instructions.  Finally, I scrapped the updated version, saved my database, and put a clean install of the new version in.  Then I took and created new themes with my old theme names, copied the images and style sheets of my old themes over, made some minor adjustments for the banner and added the Navbar settings to the style sheets of my old themes.  Worked perfectly.  I'm in the middle of changing colors on the navbar and then my themes are complete.  Overall, the upgrade went pretty smooth once I stopped screwing around with trying to make a square peg fit into a round hole.

This software is awesome, it definately gives a nice clean professional look as compared to the cartoonish look you get from phpBB.  Thanks for the hard work guys.

agreed! thank you guys for the hard work - I'll be upgrading specifically for the AJAX

Chronic667

A member of my forum found a bug in the AJAX reply editing.

Steps to reproduce:

- Open any topic you have replied in
- Click the quick edit button
- Click save
- Now, check the link to that reply, it should be incorrect with something like %msg_id% on the end

Refreshing the topic fixes this.

JayBachatero

I just tested this on the post above yours and it displayed normally.
If you are having problem with this please open up a new topic for this.
