Finally the major bugs were fixed and now I can work on the minors =P

But heck, if you willing to take a look:

(Its in Portuguese-Brazil)

And yes, thats a simply modded joomla theme and the classic forum theme. Desing is the last in the job schedule. Coding is the main priority.

Joomla! 1.0.7
SMF 1.1 RC2
SMF Bride 3.20 modded to "fit" VirtueMart

[MaxX]

I run Joomla 1.0.7 and SMF 1.1RC2 with this bridge as standalone.

Even though there is no option in the new bridge for standalone it is still possible by hardcoding the registration/forgot password url's to bridge registration/forgot password links. Also have to change the login module so that the links like new posts/pm's there go to forum direct and not through bridge.

Works very well

Guess its my turn.  The forum is unwrapped.  It would have been wrapped if not for all my IE users on the site.  The template Im using is not very forgiving in IE.

Kindred

Please do not PM, IM or Email me with support questions.  You will get better and faster responses in the support boards.  Thank you.

My PJIRC Integrated Chat Mod incorporates a powerful forum system with one of the best IRC applets on the web.  The mod combines the best of both worlds, SMF and PJIRC, which combine to make a fully integrated and extremely user-friendly mod that anyone can use.

When I first released version 1.0 of the mod, I had no idea that thousands of people would download and use my mod on their SMF forums.  Because of this, I have created a website dedicated to the mod.  Users have the option to surf and read the contents of the website, powered by Joomla, and also ask questions and post on the forum.

I've been working on this website for well over a week now and would appreciate anybody's comments or questions.

Over at http://www.smfarcade.net I posted instructions how to get the arcade to work with joomla. Beware that I use a beta version of smfarcade. I also added the hacks to allow phpbb and ipb games to it.

Mambo & SMF (unwrapped)

I created the Mambo theme. I'm working on getting motivated to create a similar theme for SMF. :)

Which theme is that?

To make it better you can change the CSS colors and image colors for the SMF theme to match the rest. =)

Nitro

fortunately... i did. all the colors matches here and there, including the banner. i think when you were there i was working with it and the colors were kind a messed, i was trying several color codes to try to match the smf forum.

that theme is called ja_procyon, it's not free but you can get it at www.joomlart.com
thank you for the input.

you rock!!!

^ bridge from joomlahacks sucks. used to use it but Orstio's is 100x better :)

My site: http://www.dfwhyundais.com
Integrated Joomla 1.0.8 with SMF 1.1RC2 using Orstio's bridge 1.1.3
Forum is unwrapped

I also have my store site here: http://www.sjbros.com (eBay & Amazon seller, we're trying to get into the video game sales business), but right now I don't have anything bridged with it - just Virtuemart 1.0.4 :P

Joomla 1.0.8 Stable + SMF 1.1 RC2 + bridge 1.1.3  + Joomla's SEF Standard (short URLs)

Forum is fully WRAPPED  :)

Yes, some users cant' login to joomla (but SMF is working all OK). From all my users, i think it's about 1% having this problem. And, not, this is not a "cookies" problem.
By the way, this is a "Case-sensitive" problem. My users need to write correctly its username. HELLO is different to Hello or HeLLo, etc.  This isn't really a problem, it's just a "users education" issue. :)
