Try uploading phpinfo and checking each one separately, does it shows them as available?

SgtMic

Is it safe to copy/paste the info? I've seen GD, but have not seen any others. That's not saying I've missed them either. It's quite possible.

I installed the gallery but shouldn't there be a link on top , as in "Home, Help, Search, Gallery."  It's not showing up there and also even though I have it set up for regular members to access, it seems I'm the only one that can see the gallery.

@ccraciun> this is going to be the same for all mods, if you're using SMF 1.x... Only SMF 2.x can automatically add the button in all themes. There are tutorials out there that explain how to add a button manually.
...
I tried some of the tutorials but they didn't work with my Dilber theme; or maybe i did something wrong...   :-\
Thanks

I attached "index.template.php" file.

It works!
Thank you very much!

I tried that and it threw my entire board offline.  I am using DilberMC as well so I thought it'd work for me too.

This is the error message I got:

Unable to load the 'main_above' template.

New mod suggestion for mod authors in search of something to do: "Add a freaking button to my freaking custom theme". :D
Just provide the action to link to, and you're done! lol

Oh yes, I forgot... I suppose everyone expects mod authors to provide "in theme" buttons for every theme available? ;)

If its not showing others then you haven't compiled them properly. Also make sure to compile there PHP Modules as well(FFMPEG-PHP for FFMPEG, Imagick or MagickWand for ImageMagick).

Hi Michael24, sorry to hear that. Would you care to attach your DilberMC index.template? Perhaps you have other mods.

Regards.

Hi Nao,

Agreed, that would not be possible but perhaps the theme authors should be required to make it such that extra buttons can be configured like for example the Adagio theme made by Bloc over at TP. Just a suggestion.

Regards.

In 1.5 and 1.5.1 videos do not work.
I have tested it in IE 7, Firefox 3.1, Safari, GNU/Linux, Mac & Windows. In version below 1.5 it worked.
I don't know what exact codec you've been using, but it's not readable by Flash.
Basically, versions prior to 1.5 used to rely on the operating system to show MP4 videos. Now they rely on the JW Player which is itself relying on Flash itself to play MP4 vids. As a result, any computer, any OS, any browser can view the videos. But the counterpart is that some videos won't play at all, anywhere.

Try to replace JW Player with FlowPlayer... It was my "second choice", I'm just not sure whether it would work.
Do you have any idea what codec you're using for your MP4 files?

Hi Vulcan!!

I am sorry you are having an issue with buttons, but some theme authors do include mod options with their themes, some even build custom themes around your mods, but its up to the individual for buttons.. not everyone will have the same mods..  ;)

Codec, not code. Google, please?

Hello, vulcan59 --  Thanks for your help.  Here's the file you requested.

holeski

It is not allowing me to move user albums to a different location. General albums work fine, but when I click on move a user album, even if it is one of my own it just refreshes the page back to the general albums. Right now I'm looking at having to uninstall all the photos and delete the user albums just to add them back where they need to be located. Is this normal or is something not working right for me?

vulcan59

Hi Michael24,

Try the attached. And if you go over to the Theme Site and look under DilberMC you'll get a lot more info.

Hi SmokyBlue,

That's exactly what I am saying, ie authors like in the Adagio theme have included a much better way to configure a button. All I had to do was specify what the button was called and it's action!!! So much easier than trying to cut and paste code. Less chance for someone to mess things up.  :D

And no, I do not have issues with buttons anymore once I understood the principles involved.

Regards. :D :D
