Hmmm, OK I'll bite.

Firefox, unlike IE in it's many forms, will show text in place of icons. IE on the other hand shows the dreaded 'image not found' icon, the one you are so familiar with..the little red cross.

Most of my visitors are Firefox users, I'm a Firefox user too and had a momentary lapse by not checking how well this theme worked in IE..

IE does everything fine for me in fact I did find FF struggled with somethings. 

No offence but sometimes I get the feeling you FF people are just brainwashed to hell. Every other thread has to be a FF advert and then you moan when people pick up on it lol

I will second what d1337r posted. I see the same thing though only in hxxp:firefox.chrome [nonactive],Opera and Konqueror browsers. Internet Explorer is fine "Its just too bad no one uses IE anymore"

What you are seeing looks like what a slightly older version of this theme (one built for the SMF2 B4) does when installed in SMF RC1.
Have you tried downloading the theme again and installing it?
If you have the older version you will see it's install path is: /Themes/extreme6_20beta4, whilst the RC1 is: /Themes/extreme6_20_RC1

You will need to remove the beta theme after switching users to the RC1 theme.

Either way this theme is not yet suitable for a production site, as there are numerous images missing from the package.
These missing images can only be seen to be missing in IE, FireFox will show text links in place of the missing images.

Of course SMF 2 RC1 is not recommended for a production site either, but all versions of this theme including the 1.1.7 version is incomplete.

Shame, it is a very nice theme and clearly a lot of hard work has gone into it.
