Hi there,
Firstly just want to say thanks for such a useful modification. We swapped AEVA for it and have been delighted by the ability to timestamp YouTube videos in particular. That's an extremely helpful feature for the way in which videos get posted on our forum. It's also reduced load time quite significantly on every single page and after paying the $10 there's no copyright stuff down at the bottom - great value!
One slight issue we have run into though is the lack of support for "https://" links and the fact that this link embeds fine:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YV3IzEJZYIg
But this one doesn't:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=YV3IzEJZYIg
"feature=player_embedded&" is obviously the difference.
I tried searching back through this thread and tried a regular Google search to find a solution but was unable to come up with anything, so have just resorted to asking here.
Should that last link embed okay? If not, is there a way that it could be supported? Same with "https://" links?
Regards,
Rich.
