Facebook Slide Like Box

I know when I'm logged into facebook on the page in question it will not display anything on the slide box. You need to log out of facebook or use facebook as yourself and not the page.

@ricardoc2, it seems that you did not installed mod in your theme.

Check in file: ./Themes/Fresh_SMF2_Theme/index.template.php if you have this code:

Does this " like " my website or it "likes" my Facebook page?

Don't know what exactly do you mean. In Like Box you have Like button for FB fanpage, if you want "Like" in topics this mod doesn't add this

If you didn't use "Install in Other Themes" then yes, but only edit index.tempalte.php

I had a problem thinking it didn't install correctly but it never uploaded the image correctly. If the box isn't showing up and you have the code in your index.template file, check if your "URL for Facebook icon" is there. I had to manually upload mine and everything is great now. Nice Mod!

So this problem is solved?

We ended up removing this mod.  Mobile users complained that the facebook box does not close and it blocks the entire screen making the forum useless

I know there is no suitable mod for 1.1.6
Two question;

1. Is it possible to modify this mod to 1.1.6
2. Is there a "box script" to my right side of SMF page (That i will put FaceBook's likebox codes)

Any idea?

No, you cannot.

I guess that there's conflict with some other mod. Theoretically if you know how to edit files, you can just ignore this errors, and add code (you'll find it in manual installation instructions) manually to both index.template.php files, but remember to make backup.

I have one version for SMF 1.1.x but there was some problem (which i couldn't solve) and I decided to remove it from download page

I have the mod up and running but have a bit of an issue and wanted to know if it is something that has been addressed before.  The facebook tab is active and slides open when hovered over in Chrome but there is only a blank box.  When using any other browser the mod works fine and shows the correct data when hovered over.  I browsed through the other replies on this board but did not see anything about this issue.

Are you aware of this and is there a fix?
