It is very easy. You can install this mod in just a couple of clicks through the Package Manager in the admin''s panel at your forum

I see that you are using a custom theme. The ad mod works only with the default theme. In order to make it work with a custom one, you must do some changes.
Switch back to the default theme and install it. Then you will see the mod''s settings under Configuration

What theme are using? What is default language  of your forum? If you are using a custom theme, switch to the default theme and set the default language to english and see if that helps

It doesnt seem to work. i am using english, and switching to the defult doesn't seem to work. i think im having langages issues.

Are you using english or english utf as a default language?

I don't know i guess it must be english utf.  I'm not sure how do you tell which language your using? it seems that utf works for me because i kind of tried fixing up the languages myself and i had a whole page full of blanks until i add utf everything showed up.

Try this. Go to the admin'''s panel-Server Settings and there you can see what language you are using. If you are using some other language, change it to plain english and see if that will help. Let me know how it goes
