unfortunately, no i dont........what's next?

I would re-post this issue into this category as a new topic. This topic is so long that I don't believe many people check it. I wished that I could have fixed it but you probably need someone more experienced than me.

Good Luck.

I apologize in advance if I missed the answer here. I looked and looked but couldnt find any. I installed the ad management mod to my smf 1.1.11 and I am using the default theme for this forum. My problem is when I add a ad it shows up twice. Ive deleted the mod and even reinstalled it but get the same thing. I notice a lot of people has had this problem and was wondering what could be done to fix it?

Thanks :o

One more here!

The only one that works like it should is the 'post' one (the one that looks like a post in a topic)

Can it be fixed? I noticed that I have this issue with default theme and the last theme I installed (zone99 form dzigners.com [nofollow]), but it worked fine with theme 'pixelperfected' from graphicsmayem.com  :o

We would really appreciate a way to fix it  ;)

And by the way, in the last 2 themes I said (zone99 & pixelperfected), I can't get to put ads below menu, nor top & bottom page, others work fine.

Thnaks to all  :D

<br>

Its ordinary google code... I think the mod ads a <br> somewhere or a line somewhere which I cannot find where it is doing that...

some how I managed to get this solved. Its no problem with mod, but the placement of codes.
Just remove <br in index.template.php solves the problem.

If anyone wanna know... just write back here... I will give you the exact spots of the edits.

I'm sorry if this has already been answered but I have scowerd this thread and havent found anything.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So..I currently use:
SMF 2.0 RC3, MySQL - 5.1.30, PHP - 5.2.4, Country Flags 1.1.1, SMFShop 3.1.5.2 , Countdown BBCode 1.3, Member Color Link 3.0.8, Ad Managment 2.3.6.2 , Advanced Reputation System 1.8.1, RSS Feed Icon 1.1, Custom Form Mod 1.6, SMF Staff Page 1.7, Favicon 1.3, last login 2.2 , Bakers Dozen Pages 1.2, SimplePortal 2.3.2, AjaxChat Integration 3.2.1(SMF 2RC3), Join date in Posts 1.0, Admin member list registration date 1.1 and Sitemap 2.1.2

NOTE: Ad Management 2.3.6.2
I have it installed and it mostly works...I get ads in the areas I want them but they don't work in the tower and such...that's ok, I don't want those ads anyway.

The problem I am having is that I cannot disable them for any of the member groups.  He toggle it there and I can select it...but no matter what, you can see the ads.

The "disable for admins" works fine...it's just the user groups that I can't turn them off for.

Also...I have the ads running on a multitude of locations (posts and Cats) and only the first few ad spots in the cats work...same with posts.   As you get near the bottom of the page they stop showing up.

Any ideas on these 2 problems?  The disabling is WAY more important..I can probably fix the other one on my own...but I am stumped as far as the disabling thing goes.

Hi thanks for a great mod, i have it working for flash banners in between boards but not sure what code to get to centre code below i am using.

<object height="60" width="468" classid="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000">
                                 <param value="../images/stories/bannerAds/1.swf" name="movie"/>
                                 <param value="high" name="quality"/>
                                 <embed height="60" width="468" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer [nofollow]" quality="high" src="../images/stories/bannerAds/1.swf"/>
</object>
