I'm willing to translate the Chinese (traditional chinese, ZH-TW) version,
could someone tell me how to do it?

It seems like there exists a CVS there, who should I contact to?

If you read the first post that should explain most of the information needed. It's probably also worth contacting CapriSkye, who is currently meant to be translating traditional Chinese, to see how far he is.

In regards to the CVS, there isn't much for me to try and get translators a copy of it at the moment, since Beta 5 public has been released, so everything you need is available anyways at http://www.simplemachines.org/download.php#lang

Can somebody give me the instructions how to install the buttons translated? ( I downloaded the albanian buttons, but i still dont know to install them to my board!!)

Thanks, I've read the first post there before I post my questions.

I made a mistake at that time, 'cause I didn't think the DOWNLOAD page even lists english language file there
Thus I thought maybe there exists some way to get the language source file

And the second, I've tried to contact CapriSkye, I replied his topic, and I sent him a PM.

Translate the xml files, yes...

If you have any questions about these, please don't hesitate to ask. While most of the content should be pretty straightforward to translate because the XML's been written with that in mind, some parts (eg the big BBC reference table from posting.english.xml) are still a bit clunky and might need some explaining!

Maybe I should really update the guildlines about the xml help files.

Something else I should point out about these files is that they were written for Beta 4.1 and, despite being updated recently because parts had already become misleading in a Beta 5 context, still haven't fully caught up with Beta 5 in some respects. So please do translate them, but keep those file comparison programs handy because we'll certainly be updating them again!

I've been creating the language file for Japanese for some time.

But Help section and some sections of Admin is not finished yet.

Great you do the japanese translation. However better email all files to bostasp. Currently you are not permitted to offer language packs for download on other sites...

Btw, the Norwegian translation for Beta 5 Public has been completed, it's attached to this post. But, I see there is an image missing, the delete selected image.
Andrea, Delete selected is supposed to be "Slett valgte", so you know that.

One more question, what is SMF Beta 5+?
