Congratulations with the new product and website. It looks very nice indeed.

I really hope all effort and resources will be put into 1 product and this new product is not the result of "different visions" between the developers.

All YaBBSE developers are here :)

What's funny is I found this place a few days ago by pure stroke of luck..lol. I was helping my younger brother over ICQ on his project on simple machines. After a google search, I just tried the .com/.net/.org just out of habbit. I about wet myself when I saw what it was for..lmao. I wanted to register then, but didn't want to make any waves as the site wasn't public yet..lol ;D

(btw, the younger brother got an A on his project..lol)

<lol> For the sake of my sanity, please don't compare it to Windows: Fisher Price Edition...  Er, I mean... Windows XP.

And we all know how manly and adult MacOSX looks.....

<whistle..>  I mean really.  Of all the things for a *MAC* user to point at, I can't BELIEVE you just threw a "Fisher Price" in there.

lmao! Oh no googleing involved..heh. I just entered the address in the address bar and went to the .com/.net/.org just to see if anything would pop up. I do it with all my research projects (even if it's just for my 14 year old brother's science homework..lol).

Ever actually used Mac OS X?  With the brushed metal, and 3D glow effects, it's not anything like Fisher Price ala XP, but more like swarovski crystal.

The grass green and royal blues are replaced with subtle blues and graphite grays.  No, Windows XP and Mac OS X are nothing alike other than MS failing to copy Aqua.

PS, MAC is for a Media Access Control address whereas Mac is for Macintosh.  Macintosh is not an acronym for anything.  Sorry, I don't normally correct people, but that one is a pet peeve.

Looks really great. SMF has a new Fan which patiently waits for the first release.

I'm using YaBB SE since 1.0.0 and now it's time to say Thank you and go on to the Dev-Team: THANK YOU and GO ON!  ;)

Yup, and it looks "Fisher Price." I guess its all a matter of opinion, except for a zealot.

Hmm, interesting, but I see that XP looks absolutely nothing like Aqua - except that they rounded things in some places.  I see no shiny beads and baubles like I would see on a MacOSX machine.

Hey, we all have our hang-ups.  I suppose when I capitalized "BELIEVE" like I did that there may be an acronym you could throw back at me for it.  Of course, since I am now not allowed to capitalise "MAC" for emphasis when I know you will read it... Well, I guess I'll have to go back to bold tags and plenty of asterisks.
